How do I earn Loyalty points & what do they mean to me? Q. How does it work? A. Each One Pound spent is worth One Point. One point is worth 10p. You will need a minimum of fifty points before you can use them as discount against your order. Q. Do I need to spend fifty pounds in one single transaction in order to get my fifty points? A. No. Each time you buy from us your points are awarded & added up. Q. How will I know how much discount I have earnt? A. Once your first order has been completed we will give you your very own personal loyalty scheme number & update your awarded points as you earn them. You can find out how many loyalty points you have earnt by viewing the table below. Q. Do I need to register to be included in the loyalty points scheme? A. No. Each & every single customer is automatically included into our loyalty points scheme unless you wish to opt out. Q. I only have forty points, can I use them as discount? A. No. Loyalty points less than fifty are invalid. You need a minimum of fifty points in order to use them. Q. Can I give my friend my loyalty points? A. No. Your loyalty points are only valid for yourself. Q. I have 150 loyalty points which has earnt me £15 discount. Am I able to have that in cash instead? A. No. All points have no cash value. These are only discount points so must be used for that reason. Q. Is the cost of postage that I paid included in the points scheme? A. No. Your points are based on your order value excluding postage costs. Q. My discount value says invalid. Why is that? A. All discount values less than £5.00 are invalid. You need fifty points or more to enable your discount value to be used. Once you have reached fifty points your discount value will be valid to use. Q. Do I have to use all of my discount points in one order? A. No. You can use as many or as little as you like. If you wish to use some points for discount and save the rest then thats fine. |
